lunchbox laboratory.

last wednesday for our weekly roommate dinner, jyl, mykell, and i went to lunchbox laboratory in ballard (jyl's suggestion). the place was amazing. it's this little hole in the wall with only a few tables. it's a hamburger lovers mecca; there's a giant chalkboard of every option imaginable allowing you to create your ideal meal. if you aren't up for making your own, there's daily specials that are unlike anything you've ever tasted before. it's delicious. my favorite part was the presentation: crisp white plate, little pot for the fries, and a beaker for the shake. perfection.
